Our Process

STEP ONE – GETTING TO KNOW YOU

We will organise a phone consultation so that we can get to know each other and understand your vision. Our aim is to get as much information about your celebration.

STEP TWO – BUDGET

Based on your brief and initial conversation we will create a detailed budget allocation for us to follow along throughout the planning and design process, keeping you up to date at all times

STEP THREE – CREATIVE PROCESS

This part of the process is instrumental in ensuring your event is unique to you and hugely successful. Ensuring that all details from guest flow, to statement moments, to carefully curated tabletop details, we will explore ideas, assess options, and have fun along the way.

STEP FOUR – FINAL PREPARATION

Seating charts, final vendor payments, preparing an itinerary and one last review of all details will prepare us for success leading up to the week of the event.

STEP FIVE – ENJOY YOUSELF

The most important step in the whole process is to enjoy yourself, making magical memories with your family and friends.
